Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to work with the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and the Department of Small Business Services to review the impacts of package deliveries. DOT would be required to file with the Mayor and the Council and post on its website an annual report about the volume of deliveries and the impact of such deliveries on traffic and air quality. This bill would also require a plan to reduce detrimental impacts of package deliveries to be included in the annual report.
