A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to the creation of a database to facilitate the civilian complaint review board’s access to police department records

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications to create and maintain a computerized database of Police Department records and other materials for the purpose of facilitating access to such records and other materials when requested by the Civilian Complaint Review Board to complete an investigation.
