Summary

This bill would provide that in any case in which testimony is presented by a City agency at a City Council committee hearing, an officer or employee of the City agency must be in attendance for the entirety of the hearing to listen to all the questions and testimony presented at the hearing. The bill would only apply to a City Council committee hearing that is open to the general public.
