A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to the repeal of section 1057-g of such charter relating to voting, and other incidental technical amendments

Summary

This bill would repeal provisions of the Charter establishing ranked choice voting in primary and special elections for Mayor, Public Advocate, Comptroller, Borough President and City Council that occur on or after January 1, 2021.
