Summary

This bill would require the installation of solar-powered waste receptacles on street corners in areas with high population density or high pedestrian traffic. Such waste receptacles would have to be installed on at least 1000 such corners per year and would be also be required to be opened by a foot pedal, have solar panels elevated above the receptacle and be designed to minimize rodent access.
