Summary

This bill would require the Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) to conduct a study, with the assistance of the Department of Transportation, on the anticipated impact of autonomous vehicles on the taxi and for-hire vehicle industry. TLC would be required to submit a report on its findings and recommendations to the Mayor and the Speaker of the Council, and to publish this report on its website.
