Summary

This bill would require the Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish mandatory guidelines for restaurants and bars to follow in order to reopen indoor dining and bar spaces during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill would authorize a civil penalty of $250 for violations.
