A Local Law in relation to guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting multiple dwellings

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to develop guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting multiple dwellings and to deliver such guidelines to the owners and managers of multiple dwellings.
