Summary

This bill would require the Emergency Management Department (NYCEM) to report on its response to COVID-19, initially and after any sustained increase over a period of two weeks in the number of COVID-19 cases in the City. The reports would include the efforts that NYCEM took and the planned efforts that NYCEM will take to respond to COVID-19. NYCEM would provide this information to the Mayor and the Speaker of the Council and post it online on its website.
