Summary

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), or another agency designated by the Mayor, to ensure the reporting on details of the City’s contact tracing program, and that it is posted online and updated daily or weekly, for certain information. This report will include: the number of employees and languages and zip codes of such employees of the program; the number of people identified to the program who have tested positive for currently having COVID-19, and the contacts of such people, disaggregated by zip code, race, ethnicity, gender, age range, COVID-19 symptoms, whether such persons were referred to wraparound services, occupational setting, and comorbidities.
