By Council Member Rosenthal: Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b-d) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application No. 20200140 PPM (266 West 96th Street) shall be subject to Council review.
