Summary
This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to conduct a transit study in each of the five boroughs and to publish recommendations to the council and mayor to address transit issues identified in each borough. The bill requires DOT to consult with local community boards and any appropriate federal, state and local agencies in furtherance of such studies and recommendations.
