Summary

This bill would require City agencies, with the exception of the Police Department, to submit annual reports to the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Operations about surveillance technology data including, but not limited to, the collection, use, purchase, and sale of this data. The Director of the Mayor’s Office of Operations would then compile these reports and submit them to the Speaker of the Council and the Mayor, and post them online, annually.
