A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the reporting of crime and arrests in facilities under the jurisdiction of the department of correction

Summary

This bill would require the Police Department to separately report crime complaints and arrests that occur in facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Correction so that they are not reported as occurring within any police precinct or borough.
