Summary

This bill would require that the Department of Social Services develop an online platform through which emergency shelter clients who are victims of domestic violence could sign-in for attendance purposes. The legislation would also require the Department of Social Services to maintain client records used to provide services on the digital platform and allow clients to access those records through a client portal.
