Summary

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection to provide middle and high school students with reusable water bottles. All students enrolled in schools containing grades six through eight or grades nine through twelve would receive a water bottle within the first week of each school year. This bill would not cover schools that serve grades one through six.
