A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to housing determinations for gang members.

Summary

The law would require the DOC to take gang-affiliation into consideration when making housing determinations, to prevent the DOC from housing members of the same gang in one unit, and to prevent the DOC from housing members of rival gangs in the same unit.
