Summary

This bill prohibits sexual harassment in co-working spaces and requires co-working spaces to post anti-sexual harassment posters created by the New York City Commission on Human Rights. The bill requires co-working spaces to address complaints of sexual harassment and provide a written response within 15 days to its tenants explaining what, if any, corrective action was taken to address the sexual harassment. If the tenant is unsatisfied by the response or the co-working space fails to respond within 15 days, a tenant may file a complaint at the Commission.
