THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1035 ..Title Resolution approving the petition for a new revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 214 Franklin Street, Borough of Brooklyn (Non-ULURP No. 20195667 TCK; L.U. No. 500). ..Body By Council Members Salamanca and Moya WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on July 12, 2019 its approval dated July 10, 2019 of the petition of Madre Hospitality Inc., d/b/a Franklin Guesthouse, for a new revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 214 Franklin Street, Borough of Brooklyn, Community District 1 (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(f) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on August 6, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
