A Local Law in relation to a study on suspending parking meters for communal nonsecular services

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to create a study on the feasibility of suspending parking meter regulations citywide during communal nonsecular services. At the conclusion of the study, the Department would submit to the speaker of the council a report offering findings and recommendations for potentially suspending parking meter regulations during these times.
