Summary

This bill would impose certain requirements on businesses that offer bicycles for rent to the public and those who work for such businesses. In particular, such businesses would be required to register their names and addresses, maintain a roster of their workers and provide identification cards to their workers. While on duty, the workers would be required to carry their identification cards and wear apparel that identifies the business with which they are associated.
