Summary

This bill would require members of the Public Design Commission to report additional information in their disclosures to the Conflicts of Interest Board, including information regarding former employers and whether they have recused themselves from reviewing matters related to the personal, professional and business relationships they have disclosed. After being screened by the Conflicts of Interest Board for privacy, safety and security concerns, information reported by members of the Public Design Commission would be posted on the Conflicts of Interest Board website.
