By The Speaker (Council Member Johnson) Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b) and 11.20(c) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application No. C 190213 ZSM (515 West 18th Street Garage) shall be subject to Council review.
