A Local Law to amend the New York city building code, in relation to notice requirements for construction near bridges and tunnels

Summary

This bill would require applicants for certain types of construction permits to notify either the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey or the New York City Department of Transportation whenever such applicant proposes to do construction work within 100 feet of a bridge or tunnel operated by such entity.
