Summary

This bill would establish a task force composed of three members appointed by the Mayor, one member appointed by the Comptroller, one member appointed by the Speaker of the Council, and the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services or the Director’s designee, to consider the use of transparent billing software as a tool to assist city agencies in the monitoring, evaluation and auditing of work performed by contractors on computers.
