A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to creating a marine debris disposal office

Summary

This proposed legislation would require that the mayor or such agency as he may designate create a program designed to dispose of, or if appropriate, reuse marine debris left on public beaches. The program would require a plan to recycle, where possible, marine debris.
