A Local Law in relation to requiring the department of transportation to study the feasibility of acquiring private streets

Summary

This bill would require that the Department of Transportation (DOT) study the feasibility of acquiring private streets. DOT would be required to produce a report by June 30, 2019, making recommendations as to which, if any, private streets should be acquired.
