A Local Law in relation to requiring the department of transportation to study the feasibility of applying material to street surfaces with the effect of lowering street surface temperatures

Summary

This bill would require the New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) to conduct a study on the feasibility of applying sealcoat or any other material to street surfaces with the intended effect of lowering street surface temperatures, and to submit a report with the findings of such study.
