THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 732 ..Title Resolution approving the petition for a new revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 160 Franklin Street, Borough of Brooklyn (Non-ULURP No. 20195150 TCK; L.U. No. 312). ..Body By Council Members Salamanca and Moya WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on December 14, 2018 its approval dated December 13, 2018 of the petition of Carrie's Hospitality, LLC, d/b/a Elder Greene, for a new revocable consent to maintain, operate and use an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 160 Franklin Street, Community District 1, Borough of Brooklyn (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(f) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on January 10, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition. RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition. Adopted.
