A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to violations for standing water

Summary

This proposed bill provides that the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene (DOHMH) must grant persons five days to cure a standing water violation, pursuant to section 151.03 of the health code. If the violation has not been cured in five days, DOHMH may then impose penalties.
