THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 649 ..Title Resolution approving the petition for a new revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 27 East 62nd Street, Borough of Manhattan (Non-ULURP No. 20195103 TCM; L.U. No. 263). ..Body By Council Members Salamanca and Moya WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on October 25, 2018 its approval dated October 24, 2018 of the petition of 27 East restaurant Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Fleming by Le Bilboquet, for a new revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 27 East 62nd Street, Community District 8, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(f) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on November 15, 2018; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition. RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition. Adopted.
