A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to expanding sanctions for submission of professionally-certified false or noncompliant building permit applications or plans

Summary

This bill would expand penalties for violating the Department of Buildings’ professional certification program to apply to the offending professional’s supervisor as well as the professional personally.
