By Council Member Powers: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and §20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 1022 Madison Avenue, Borough of Manhattan, Council District 5, Community District 4, Application No. 20195183 TCM shall be subject to review by the Council.
