Summary

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to post a notice at publicly accessible locations 72 hours before the application of a pesticide by a city agency or contractor. It would also require the notice to include a specific statement regarding how to get more information about the potential risks of the pesticide to be applied.
