Preconsidered M 105 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Oudeshram "Raj" Rampershad as a member of the New York City Planning Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to pursuant to � 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Queens Borough President of Oudeshram "Raj" Rampershad as a member of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder a five-year term that will expire on June 30, 2023. This matter will be referred to the Committee on October 17, 2018. Res.
