Preconsidered M 104 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of Steven Kest As a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to �� 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Steven Kest as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve the remainder of a seven-year term that expires on January 31, 2019.
