Summary

This bill would require the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS) to provide an annual report to the Mayor and to the Council with information regarding the number of patients who were referred to ACS for investigation as a result of a positive drug screening performed at a facility operated by the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.
