Summary

This bill would require the Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) to report on the admissions policies of cultural institutions that receive department funding for seniors and people with disabilities and the rate at which those groups visit such cultural institutions. DCLA would also be required to report on the challenges seniors and people with disabilities face in accessing the cultural institutions, and to formulate a plan to improve access to those institutions.
