A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to driver assistance services

Summary

This bill would require the Taxi and Limousine Commission (“TLC”) to provide TLC-licensed drivers assistance including financial counseling, mental health counseling and referrals to non-profit organizations for additional assistance.
