A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of health and mental hygiene to conduct periodic inspections of water tanks and to post the results online

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct periodic audits of buildings’ annual water tank inspection documentation, and also requires the Department to conduct 125 additional inspections of water tanks, selected at random, and to post the results of such periodic audits and inspections online.
