THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 462 ..title Resolution approving the petition for a renewal revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 223 Dyckman Street, Borough of Manhattan (Non-ULURP No. 20185405 TCM; L.U. No. 143). ..Body By Council Members Salamanca and Moya WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on June 11, 2018 its approval dated June 6, 2018 of the petition of Vida Mexicana Inc., d/b/a Papasito, for a renewal revocable consent to continue, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 223 Dyckman Street, Community District 12, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(f) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on July 17, 2018; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
