Summary

This bill would restrict the Department of Buildings (DOB) from approving alteration and demolition permits for buildings calendared by the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) for possible landmark designation until either LPC has notified DOB that it does not plan to issue such a designation, or 40 days have elapsed since DOB notified LPC of the application.
