Summary
The proposed bill would expand reporting requirements under the City’s existing lead laws for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) and the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). The legislation would also strengthen the City’s auditing of landlords to ensure compliance with their requirements under the City’s lead laws.
