A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to child support for persons wrongly incarcerated due to prosecutorial misconduct

This bill would establish a program authorizing the Comptroller, in consultation with the Law Department, to make a payment to a recipient of child support when a supporting parent was incarcerated due to prosecutorial misconduct and thus unable to make such payments.
