A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the waiver of licensing fees for accessible taxi-cabs and for-hire vehicles

Summary

This bill would waive the licensee fee for taxis and for-hire vehicles if the vehicles being licensed are wheelchair accessible. The current taxi license fee is $550 and the current for-hire vehicle license fee is $275.
