A Local Law in relation to reducing apprenticeship program directive requirements

Summary

This bill would require the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (“MOCS”) to reduce the threshold value for individual construction contracts and construction-related maintenance contracts covered under the apprenticeship program directive from $3,000,000 to $1,000,000 by March 1, 2019.
