A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to an annual report on commercial access to broadband

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications to issue a report annually on the availability of broadband internet service for commercial purposes. It would also require a description of the progress of City programs meant to promote commercial broadband adoption and include recommendations on how to increase such adoption in the future.
