Summary

This local law would require all City agencies, with respect to capital projects under their jurisdiction, to provide electronic notification to the affected council member, borough president and community board within 30 days of learning of any projected or actual project phase delay of sixty days or more, or of any projected or actual change of 10% or more of the total estimated cost of the project. The notification would be required to include the original and total estimated cost of the capital project, the projected or actual start and end date of each project phase, the total amount spent on the project as of the date of the notification, and a clear explanation of the reasons for any projected or actual change in cost or delay.
