Summary

The bill would require that the Department of Housing Preservation and Development submit photographic documentation when issuing a notice of violation for violations where the underlying condition is visual and capable of being captured by photograph. The Department would be tasked with promulgating and publishing rules regarding which violations will be subject to the photograph requirement.
