A Local Law in relation to requiring the department of buildings to report on the efficacy of fuel oil catalyst reformers

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Buildings (DOB) to report on whether fuel oil catalyst reformers enhance the efficiency of heating oil and, if so, the fuel savings which would result from such enhancement, the environmental impact of such enhancement, and the cost of such reformers.
